FAQ

From Prep to Finish — We’ve Got Your Questions Covered!

How long does an epoxy floor take to install?

Most residential epoxy flooring projects take 1–3 days, depending on the size of the space, condition of the concrete, coating system, and any repairs needed. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline after evaluating your floor.

How long before I can walk or drive on my new floor?

Light foot traffic is allowed after 12 hours, and vehicle and heavy-weight traffic after 48 hours.

Can you coat damaged or cracked concrete?

In many cases, yes! Cracks, pits, and other imperfections can often be repaired during the preparation process. We’ll inspect the concrete beforehand and let you know what repairs are recommended before coating.

How do I clean and maintain my epoxy floor?

Epoxy floors are very low maintenance. Regular sweeping or dust mopping and occasional cleaning with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner is usually all that’s needed. Avoid harsh or abrasive products that could dull or damage the finish.

Can I choose my own colors and flakes?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of colors, flake blends, finishes, and design options so you can customize your floor to complement your home, garage, business, or workspace. Check them out here!

Where can epoxy flooring be installed?

Our coating systems can be used in a variety of spaces, including garages, basements, workshops, commercial spaces, warehouses, showrooms, offices, and more. We’ll recommend the appropriate system based on the environment and how the floor will be used.
